So, to start off, happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Well, unless you're not American... because I guess it wouldn't really apply to you.

The major tradition where I live isn't to go see the parade on tv. Ohhh, no. Here, everyone goes to the annual football game between two all guys' schools that have been rivals since pretty much always. With that many teenagers in one arena, some interesting things are bound to happen.

One of my favorites from today was one of the guys running around without a shirt on. I'm not sure why they do it, but they do. Yay, stripping for school spirit? Anyway, one guy and his friends were running around the stadium without their shirts on, and one just yells out, "It is SO cold!" I guess it's one of those you had to be there things...

Another was this more than 6' tall guy yelling "GET SOME!" at anyone who walked by. My friend Michelle is 4'10, so she pretty much freaked out and ran away, ahaha.

My top favorite was when my friends and I walked over to the losing team's side to show off that we supported the other team. The ENTIRE half of the stadium was dead silent. It was sorta sad, but I laughed.

Now, my favorite quote from the entire day was my friend's grandma before Thanksgiving dinner, so I'll end with this.

"What the hell? Why are there so many vegetables?"
